Slow movement, with intentional release in mind is perfect for releasing any tension or trauma, pain or built up energy in the hips. (this is where we store most tension in our bodies)

 I love taking time to myself to slowly roll and release, and i encourage you to give yourself some time alone with your slow movement and some good music.. any song suggestions? Yoga poses? hula hooping?
